“Happiness is the absence of the striving for happiness.”
– Chuang Tzu
Relax. Exist fully in this moment. This is enough. You are enough. This moment is a miracle. Find the love in it, find the peace in it, find the joy in it. It is often the frantic chasing of happiness that makes us the most miserable. Instead, just sit back, breathe, and calm your mind. Be grateful. Be amazed. Be content. “From contentment, supreme happiness is obtained.” (Patanjali,Yoga Sutra 2.42) It is only when we learn to relax into true contentment that any real, lasting happiness can appear and manifest itself.

– Black Elk

“Crashing Wave” | Anthony Satori
“Someday, after mastering the winds, the waves, the tides and gravity, we shall harness for God the energies of love, and then, for a second time in the history of the world, man will have discovered fire.”
— Pierre Teilhard de Chardin

“Restful Contours” | Anthony Satori
“A finely tempered nature longs to escape from one’s noisy, cramped surroundings into the silence of the high mountains, where the eye ranges freely through the still, pure air and fondly traces out the restful contours apparently built for eternity.”
— Albert Einstein

“Planet Ocean” | Anthony Satori
“How inappropriate to call this planet Earth when it is quite clearly [planet] Ocean.”
— Arthur C. Clarke
